Reflexology is a gentle and non-invasive technique which you can use simply for relaxation or to restore the body and mind to natural balance at a more profound level. 
As a Buddhist nun and psychology trained,  meditation and mind training to assist with healing and pain management can be incorporated into your treatment  if you wish. 
Sessions are currently offered in East Perth and corporate sessions can also be made available in your workplace.
